About the firm
AACE Partners LP is a full-service commercial law firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. The firm is led by four partners and acts for domestic and international clients on transactions, financings, disputes and regulatory matters.
Our practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital; capital markets; projects and infrastructure; corporate governance and company secretarial services; dispute resolution; and business advisory and regulatory compliance. We also advise on banking and finance, competition law, energy and mineral resources, telecommunications, media and technology, real estate and construction, intellectual property and the creative economy, and shipping and international trade.
