Overview

Our Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital practice represents clients on both sides of public and private transactions. We act for strategic buyers, sellers, private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, development finance institutions and founders.

We handle each stage of a transaction, from structuring and due diligence to negotiation, regulatory approvals and completion. We work closely with our Competition Law, Capital Markets and Banking & Finance lawyers on the merger control, listing and financing aspects of a deal.
